Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Development: Identify and recruit potential insurance agents. Train and motivate them to achieve sales targets. Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide them with the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents. Ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Requirements: Education: Minimum graduate degree. Experience: At least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Other: Willingness to travel and work in a field-based role.
