Overview
Description: This role involves coordinating back-office operations within the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring smooth workflows, efficient communication, and seamless support to the team. The Back Office Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining organized records, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and processing expense reports.
Maintaining accurate records of sales and marketing activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data within designated systems.
Coordinating communication between the sales and marketing teams, other departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient information flow.
Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating maintenance or repairs as needed.
Supporting the team with lead generation and qualification activities, including data entry, research, and follow-up communication.
Handling customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate information, and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members.
Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Leading and motivating the back-office team, setting performance goals, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Required Education:
12th pass

Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Salary Range:
₹18,500 to ₹30,000
