Key Responsibilities • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and data in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Manage documentation for purchase orders, quotations, and invoices. • Assist departments with data entry, record updates, and communication. • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for routine follow-ups. • Maintain office files and ensure accuracy in reporting. Qualifications & Skills • Graduate with 1–3 years of back-office or administrative experience. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
