Role Description: Sigma Consultants is seeking a full-time Sales and Operations Executive for our Lucknow location. As a Sales and Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, interacting with clients to identify business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, managing project schedules and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll be working on-site to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to help them achieve their business goals. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate and finance sectors. Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce Sigma's services and products. Conduct follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into clients. Support the development and execution of procurement scenarios and strategies. Leverage technology, market research, and analytics to optimize operational processes. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and operational processes. Prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales, operations, customer relationship management, cold calling, or related field Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Experience with financial consulting, project management, or a related field is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage technology and data for decision-making Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to change quickly If you are motivated, dedicated to success, and ready to join a dynamic team that is shaping the financial world, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Sigma movement.
