Overview
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships to drive long-term growth Conduct market research to stay updated with trends and industry shifts Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development or sales Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience in lead generation and client acquisition Prior exposure to IT sales or staffing services is a plus Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
