Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector, build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals, manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution, and achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Responsibilities: Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online marketing, qualify leads and assess their real estate needs, develop and maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics, prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to clients, negotiate and finalize deals, manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service, collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance, maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions, and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
