Overview


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle feedback calling to existing customers and collect insights politely.
  • Make new leads calling to introduce services/products and generate interest.
  • Conduct care calling to maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper call records, update CRM, and follow up with customers as required.

  • Requirements:
    Female candidates only.
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
  • Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.

Skills Required

Data Entry and Call Logging, Help Desk and Ticketing Software, Knowledge Base Navigation, Live Chat and Messaging Platforms, Call Center Metrics Analysis (AHT, FCR),
