Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle feedback calling to existing customers and collect insights politely.
- Make new leads calling to introduce services/products and generate interest.
- Conduct care calling to maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper call records, update CRM, and follow up with customers as required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
