Description: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and other general inquiries.
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through resolution steps, escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and refunds while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Identify and escalate customer complaints to appropriate departments for prompt resolution.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while building rapport with customers.
Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.
Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance targets.
