Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
Strive for continuous improvement in customer service delivery, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer experience.
