Job Description: Delivery Rider – QSR Restaurant Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Riders to join our Quick Service Restaurant team. As a Delivery Rider, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers, while representing the brand with professionalism and courtesy. Key Responsibilities • Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers within assigned areas. • Verify order accuracy before leaving the restaurant. • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle (bike/scooter). • Follow traffic rules and safety regulations at all times. • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Qualifications • Minimum education: High school or equivalent. • Valid driving license (two-wheeler). • Own a smartphone for order tracking and communication. • Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation apps. Desired Attributes • Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Physically fit to handle delivery tasks.
