Responsibilities:
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely delivery of packages.
Load and unload delivery vehicles, handling packages with care to prevent damage.
Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
Maintain accurate delivery records and promptly report any issues or discrepancies.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns.
Adhere to traffic regulations and safety procedures while operating delivery vehicles.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and condition of delivery vehicles.
