Overview

Description: Oversee and manage the digital distribution of software products, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers. Lead and mentor a team of digital distributors, optimize distribution processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the digital distribution team, ensuring adherence to established procedures and service level agreements.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital distribution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with the software development team to ensure seamless integration of new products and updates into the distribution pipeline.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all digital distribution processes.
Provide training and guidance to team members on new technologies, tools, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital distribution.
Identify and resolve technical issues related to digital distribution, escalating complex problems to higher levels as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on distribution activities and performance.

Required Education: 10th

Preferred Education: BA

Skills: Positive attitude, Communication skills, Good behaviour

Salary Range: From 18000 to 35000
