Director - Business Development (B2B Sales, UX/IT Sales) Location: Mumbai, Powai Experience: 8–14 Years Review Criteria Mandatory Director/Head – Business Development experience Experience 1: 8+ years in B2B sales, current designation as Director/Head Experience 2: Experience in strategic and CXO-level sales in UX/IT/Consulting Experience 3: Direct client-facing, end-to-end sales leadership Experience 4: CRM, sales analytics, and marketing automation tools Education: MBA (preferably international), Big 4 or Tier-1 firms Company: UX/IT/Management Consulting agencies only Note: Exclude EdTech or Manufacturing candidates Note: Must be based in Pune or Mumbai Preferred Experience working with third-party sales/marketing agencies Job Specific Criteria CV Attachment is mandatory Monthly sales target? Years/team size managed? BFSI sector experience? Role & Responsibilities Lead business development and account growth efforts, targeting mid-to-large enterprises and driving new logo acquisition. Responsibilities: Win new enterprise clients through consultative sales Grow and retain existing strategic accounts Represent company at industry events Mentor BD teams Leverage CRM and analytics tools Collaborate closely with design/delivery teams Ideal Candidate 8+ yrs in B2B strategic sales Enterprise/CXO-level consultative sales Strong CRM and analytics tool usage High commercial acumen and team leadership MBA (preferably global); Big 4 background a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills No EdTech or Manufacturing profiles
