About the Job
Overview
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Management: Listing, optimizing, and managing product inventory on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Order Processing & Fulfillment: Ensuring smooth order processing, dispatch, and handling returns/refunds. Sales & Marketing: Running promotional campaigns, managing PPC ads, and optimizing pricing strategies. Customer Service: Handling queries, complaints, and ensuring positive customer reviews. Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and optimizing listings. Marketplace & Website Management: Ensuring compliance with platform policies and coordinating with account managers. Desired Candidates Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-driven approach TECHNICAL SKILLS If Require : Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization. Familiarity with online advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools. Basic understanding of inventory and order management systems.
