Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of store activities, including opening/closing procedures, staff coordination, and day-to-day operations.

Monitor inventory levels, handle stock replenishment, receive/store materials, and maintain accurate records.

Supervise and train store staff to ensure adherence to company policies and service excellence.

Drive sales by implementing promotional activities, assisting customers, and resolving complaints effectively.

Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with organizational standards.

Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales and inventory reports for management review.

Handle cash registers, process transactions, and maintain financial records accurately.
