**Job Description:**
Manage daily operations of a retail establishment, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient workflow.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise and motivate staff, including cashiers, sales associates, and cleaning crew.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
3. Monitor inventory levels, adjust displays, and manage stock returns.
4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service.
5. Track key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
