About the Job
Overview
roviding excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner. Taking customer orders accurately and entering them into the POS system efficiently. Preparing and serving a variety of food and beverage items according to established recipes and guidelines. Greeting customers and answering their questions about menu items and specials. Preparing food and drink orders, such as sandwiches and coffee. Relaying customers’ orders to other kitchen staff. Serving food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room. Accepting payment and providing customers with receipts.
