We are looking for a highly confident and result-driven Franchise Sales Manager who can interact with potential investors, present our franchise business model, and close franchise deals. Key Responsibilities Lead Calling & Conversion • Call and follow up with company-provided franchise leads • Explain the Gogaga Holidays franchise model, investment, and ROI potential • Understand investor interest and financial capability • Conduct online or direct business presentations • Convert qualified leads into franchise partners Sales & Target Achievement • Achieve monthly franchise acquisition targets • Maintain strong follow-up with leads to improve conversion ratio • Track leads and update CRM or internal reports • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Relationship Management • Build strong relationships with potential franchise investors • Guide prospects through the franchise onboarding process • Maintain professional communication representing Gogaga Holidays • Coordinate with operations/support teams after deal closure Skills Required • Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills • Ability to handle investor discussions confidently • Target-driven mindset with strong accountability • Good follow-up and lead management skills
