Overview

**Front Office Executive**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from hotel background ( Must)
2. Handle telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries , reservation, PMS etc

3. Maintain a clean and organized front office area
4. Provide concierge services, such as booking appointments and recommending local attractions
5. Process payments and provide receipts
6. Support other departments as needed

Skills Required
