Overview

Job description The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. They will also run quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction. WE NEED A CANDIDATE WHO HAS PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE IN METAL / WOODEN FIXTURES & AND RETAIL FITOUTS ONLY. Responsibilities Manage and evaluate the entire production process Ensure that the correct and approved drawing is received from the CS team. To calculate BOM and validate with drawing and propose the right size of the material to avoid wastage. To Prepare weekly production plan to execute the work in hand. To allocate the work to each team member for achieving daily/weekly production targets as per their capability. Ensure that the design is being explained to each production worker and it is well understood by each team member.
