* Welding Machine Operation & Maintenance: Skilled in operating and maintaining GMAW welding machines, including troubleshooting minor issues.
* GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding): Expert-level proficiency in GMAW welding techniques, including various positions and joint configurations.
* Clearance by Ultrasonic test and MPI: Ability to produce welds that meet quality standards and pass Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).

**Roles and Responsibilities**

* Perform GMAW welding on a variety of metal components and structures, adhering to established welding procedures and safety guidelines.
* Interpret welding symbols and blueprints to ensure accurate weld placement and dimensions.
* Prepare metal surfaces for welding by grinding, cutting, cleaning, and aligning components.
* Operate and maintain GMAW welding machines, including setting parameters and troubleshooting minor issues.
* Inspect welds for defects, such as porosity, cracks, and incomplete fusion, and perform necessary repairs.
* Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures.
* Collaborate with other welders, fabricators, and engineers to ensure project completion and quality.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control standards.
* Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
* Participate in training and development activities to enhance welding skills and knowledge.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
