The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining audio-visual systems that enhance the learning and communication environments for our clients. *Responsibilities:* 1} Provide technical support for installed systems, diagnose issues, and implement solutions promptly. 2} Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for hardware systems. *Documentation* 1} Create detailed documentation for hardware configurations, installations, and troubleshooting procedures. 2} Maintain up-to-date records of all hardware-related activities. 3} In-depth knowledge of projectors, audio-visual, computer hardware components and systems. 4} Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving. 5} Strong communication and collaboration skills. 6} Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7} Familiarity with the latest advancements in audio-visual technology.
