Overview
Description: Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation throughout the restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers. Handle various cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas. Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen stewarding duties as needed.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, restrooms, and other public spaces.
Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
Ensure proper sanitation of all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and equipment.
Assist with dishwashing, pot washing, and other kitchen cleaning duties as needed.
Stock and replenish supplies, such as napkins, paper towels, and soap.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
