Recruitment and onboarding: Developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the onboarding process
HR administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HRIS, ensuring compliance with labor laws
Performance management: Implementing performance review processes, providing feedback and coaching to employees
Compensation and benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits programs
Training and development: Identifying training needs, developing and implementing training programs
Policy development and implementation: Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
