Overview
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and issuing offer letters. Onboarding & Documentation: Managing new hire induction, document verification, and updating HRIS/employee databases. Payroll & Compliance: Processing payroll, managing attendance and leave records, and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and statutory compliance (e.g., PF, ESI). Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture, and conducting exit interviews. Performance Management: Supporting appraisal processes, goal setting, and implementing training programs.
