Description: Provide exceptional customer service and support to international clients via phone, email, and chat, resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, adhere to company policies and procedures, collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, accurately document customer interactions and solutions, contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications: addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support.
Troubleshoot customer issues: identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Escalate complex cases: to appropriate internal teams for specialized assistance.
Maintain accurate records: of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity.
Provide feedback: to management on customer trends and areas for improvement.
Stay updated: on company products, services, and policies.
Contribute: to team goals and objectives.

Experience:
1 years 6 months in customer support

Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English

From ₹20,000 to ₹30,000
