Key skills include the ability to operate and monitor complex machinery, perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, interpret technical diagrams and manuals, adhere strictly to safety protocols, and conduct quality control checks. Familiarity with electronic systems and diagnostic tools, as acquired through IT & ESM training, is highly advantageous. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment according to established procedures, production schedules, and safety guidelines. * Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and identify potential issues. * Conduct thorough quality control checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specified standards and report any deviations promptly. * Read and accurately interpret technical manuals, blueprints, work orders, and digital displays to set up, adjust, and calibrate machine parameters. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all company safety regulations and operational policies. * Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to optimize production processes and resolve operational challenges. * Document production activities, machine performance data, maintenance logs, and quality control results accurately and completely. * Utilize knowledge of electronic and IT systems for basic diagnostics, adjustments, and programming of machine controls, as applicable. * Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products, ensuring proper handling and storage. * Continuously learn and adapt to new machinery, technologies, and production techniques to enhance operational efficiency and personal skill set.
