Job Title: Office Assistant Location: Memco Cross Road, Near Saijpur Bogha, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, basic knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day office administration activities Prepare and maintain documents, records, and files Perform data entry and documentation work Draft emails and respond to client communications Manage scanning, printing, photocopying, and filing tasks Coordinate with clients through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation Support management with administrative and operational tasks Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning Eligibility Criteria 12th Pass or Graduate Fresher and experienced candidates can apply Good English reading and writing skills Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi communication Required Skills MS Word MS Excel Computer Operations Email Communication Documentation & Filing Data Entry Client Coordination Administrative Support Preferred Skills Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime (preferred) Good communication and organizational skills Punctual and professional approach to work Salary and Benefits Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month Training and learning opportunities Stable office work environment Work Details Work from Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Location: Bapunagar, Ahmedabad Work Location: In person
