Overview
*Job Role: Security Guard Service Office Assistant/Front Desk* We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Assistant/Front Desk to join our security guard service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Front Desk Management*: - Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the relevant personnel. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and messages. - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. 2. *Administrative Tasks*: - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails. - Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. 3. *Customer Service*: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues. - Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to management. 4. *Security Operations*: - Assist security personnel with administrative tasks, such as logging incidents and maintaining records. - Provide support during emergency situations, such as evacuations or security breaches. 5. *Other Tasks*: - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management. *Requirements:* 1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred. 2. *Experience*: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred. 3. *Skills*: - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. 4. *Personal Qualities*: - Friendly and approachable demeanor. - Ability to work well under pressure. - Strong attention to detail. *Working Conditions:* 1. *Office Environment*: Work in a standard office environment with minimal physical demands. 2. *Hours of Work*: Typically work standard office hours, with possible variations depending on the organization's needs. *Career Path:* 1. *Office Assistant*: Entry-level position, providing administrative support and customer service. 2. *Administrative Assistant*: More senior role, with increased responsibilities and autonomy. 3. *Office Manager*: Oversees the administrative functions of the organization, including staff management and operations.
