Overview
Description: Provide comprehensive personal assistance to the Sales & Marketing department, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Support the team with administrative tasks, contributing to the department's efficiency and success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintaining and managing calendars for the Sales & Marketing team, scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
Travel Arrangements: Booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Correspondence Handling: Drafting, reviewing, and sending emails, letters, and other forms of communication, maintaining professional and efficient correspondence.
Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, preparing presentations, and managing documents.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinating meeting logistics, including booking meeting rooms, preparing materials, and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
Task Management: Managing and prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
Required Education:
12th Pass
