Description: This role involves actively engaging in real estate sales, focusing on achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable properties. They will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and contacting potential clients: Generating leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
Understanding client needs and preferences: Conducting thorough consultations to determine clients' specific requirements in terms of property type, location, budget, and other preferences.
Presenting suitable properties: Showcasing properties that align with clients' criteria, highlighting key features and benefits.
Managing the sales process: Guiding clients through each stage of the sales cycle, including negotiations, paperwork, and closing procedures.
Building and maintaining client relationships: Fostering long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and addressing their queries and concerns.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
