Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and prospects in CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies. Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven work experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Work Environment: Office-based with frequent client visits and occasional travel. Compensation: Base salary plus performance-based incentives/commissions.
