1. Description: Oversee and manage security operations at various events, ensuring a safe and secure environment for attendees, staff, and property. Maintain order, enforce rules and regulations, and respond to emergencies effectively. Supervise a team of security guards, providing guidance, training, and support. Collaborate with event management teams to develop security plans and protocols. Conduct regular security checks, monitor surveillance systems, and prepare incident reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards: Assign duties, schedule shifts, and ensure proper coverage at event venues.
Develop and implement security plans: Tailor security measures to specific event needs, considering factors like crowd size, venue layout, and potential risks.
Enforce rules and regulations: Maintain order and ensure compliance with event policies, addressing any security breaches or violations promptly.
Respond to emergencies: Handle security incidents, provide first aid assistance if needed, and escalate serious situations to appropriate authorities.
Monitor surveillance systems: Observe activities, detect suspicious behavior, and respond accordingly to maintain a secure environment.
Conduct security checks: Regularly patrol event premises, inspect equipment, and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
Prepare incident reports: Document security incidents, gather evidence, and provide detailed reports to event management and relevant stakeholders.
Train and guide security personnel: Provide ongoing training to security guards on best practices, emergency procedures, and customer service skills.
Collaborate with event management teams: Work closely with event organizers to ensure seamless integration of security operations with overall event logistics.
Maintain a safe and secure environment: Proactively identify and mitigate security risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of all event participants.

Required Education: 10th pass
