Overview
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to convert prospects into customers. This position also includes maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Present products and services to clients in a clear and professional manner. Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up with leads and prospects to increase conversion rates. Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing. Handle customer queries and provide basic after-sales support. Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
