Overview
Description: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all restaurant areas, providing efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring adherence to established service standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensuring the cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Providing prompt and courteous service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing their needs.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of buffets and special events.
Replenishing supplies, such as cutlery, glassware, and napkins, as needed.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Required Education: 12th
Preferred Education: BCOM
Experience: 2 years, 6 months in steward
