Overview
**Supervisor** * Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies. * Supervise and train operators, providing guidance and support. * Monitor equipment performance, identify issues, and coordinate repairs. * Manage inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. **Operator** * Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures. * Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving issues as they arise. * Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, and report any problems. * Adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. * Keep accurate records of production data and any incidents.
