Overview
Description: Calling potential customers and explaining products and services offered by the company, answering customer questions and inquiries, maintaining and updating customer databases, handling customer complaints and resolving issues, achieving sales targets, following up on leads and prospects, working with a team to achieve company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers: Introduce products and services, gauge customer interest, qualify leads.
Handling inbound customer inquiries: Provide accurate information, address concerns and complaints, ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintaining customer records: Update customer information, track interactions, manage databases efficiently.
Achieving sales targets: Convert leads into sales, meet individual and team quotas, contribute to company revenue growth.
Following up with customers: Nurture relationships, provide post-sales support, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Collaborating with team members: Share best practices, support colleagues, work towards shared goals.
Required Education: 10th
Preferred Education: BA
