Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic Event Management t & Planning team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, promoting our event services, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Contacting potential clients via telephone to introduce our event management services
Generating leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
Responding to client inquiries and providing information about our services
Maintaining accurate records of all calls and client interactions
Following up with potential clients and nurturing relationships
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies

Required Education: 12th and above

Preferred Education: BA

Experience: 1 years 6 months in telecalling

Salary Range: From ₹18,000 to ₹40,000
