**Job Title:** Telecommunications Specialist
**Responsibilities:**
1. Analyze and resolve technical issues with telecommunication systems (e.g., telephone, VoIP, data).
2. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain communication devices (e.g., routers, switches, phones).
3. Configure and manage networks, including security and performance optimization.
4. Monitor system performance and report any anomalies or potential issues.
5. Provide technical support and training to end-users on communication systems.
