Salary will be determined based on experience, portfolio quality, and interview performance. : Job Type: This is a full-time position, requiring a dedicated commitment to creating and editing video content during standard business hours. Experienced video editors and content creators will be considered for more advanced responsibilities and higher compensation. : Job Skills: We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor/Content Creator with expertise in the following areas: * Video Editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro): Mastery of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro is essential. This includes proficiency in trimming, cutting, color correction, audio mixing, adding effects, and creating visually appealing transitions. * Creativity: A strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into engaging video content are crucial. This includes brainstorming concepts, developing storyboards, and understanding visual storytelling principles. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Conceptualize, plan, and execute video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. * Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and visually appealing final products. * Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro to perform video editing tasks, including trimming, cutting, color correction, audio mixing, and adding visual effects. * Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. * Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques, software updates, and industry trends. * Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access to files. * Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content. * Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring optimal playback and engagement. * Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all video content. * Contribute to the development of creative concepts and storyboards for video projects. * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content that meets project deadlines. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video editing software and equipment. * Adapt to feedback and revisions to ensure the final product meets the required standards. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
