- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment
- Represent the fitness center at industry events

**Employees**
- Perform various tasks to support the fitness center
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Respect and support colleagues

**Beautician**
- Provide hair and beauty services to clients
- Offer consultations and recommend treatments
- Use professional techniques and equipment
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene

**Receptionist**
- Greet and welcome clients
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and bookings
