Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Manage administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, aligning them with company objectives.
Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness within the department.
Coordinate internal and external communication, maintaining effective information flow.
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring availability and functionality.
Collaborate with other departments, facilitating cross-functional communication and cooperation.
Support the department head in various administrative tasks, contributing to overall efficiency.
Resolve administrative issues and challenges, providing timely solutions and improvements.
Required Education: Agri MBA
Preferred Education: MBA
Experience: 3 years 6 months in relevant field

Salary Range: From ₹35,000 to ₹45,000
