* Customer Service Software: Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Utilize Airline Reservation Systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to efficiently book, modify, and cancel flight reservations according to customer requests.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering travel advice in a professional and courteous manner.
* Accurately calculate fares, issue tickets, and process payments, adhering to airline policies and ticketing procedures.
* Promote and sell travel insurance products to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage options.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline routes, schedules, and fare structures to provide accurate and informative assistance to customers.
* Effectively manage electronic ticketing processes, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
* Utilize customer service software and CRM systems to document customer interactions, track inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Stay informed about travel advisories, visa requirements, and other relevant travel information to provide comprehensive support to customers.
