**Job Title:** Assistance Teacher **Responsibilities:** 1. Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs. 2. Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities. 3. Foster positive and inclusive learning environments. 4. Monitor student progress and provide feedback. 5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals. 6. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards. 7. Stay abreast of current educational practices and resources. 8. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Contribute to a positive and supportive school community. 10. Perform other duties as assigned. * work Description* Candidate must enjoy working with young children, ages 4-13· 6 days working (Sunday off)· Flexible to learn and adapt to the dynamic work environment· Ability to work under pressure & critical thinking skills· A strong work ethic with attention to detail is required· Passionate & Committed toward the children’s progress and growth
