Overview

✅ Identify and approach potential customers — find new leads through calls, visits, or online channels. ✅ Understand customer needs — listen carefully and recommend suitable products or services. ✅ Present and demonstrate products/services — explain features, benefits, and how it solves customer problems. ✅ Negotiate and close sales — handle objections, discuss prices or terms, and finalize deals professionally. ✅ Build and maintain relationships — follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. ✅ Achieve sales targets — work towards monthly/quarterly sales goals set by the company. ✅ Keep records and reports — maintain accurate details of sales, customer interactions, and feedback in the system or CRM. ✅ Collaborate with team and other departments — work closely with marketing, delivery, or support teams to fulfill customer needs effectively. ✅ Stay updated — keep learning about product updates, market trends, and competitors to stay ahead.
