Overview
Description: Spearhead tendering and Gem portal activities, meticulously managing the entire process from identification to submission. Oversee documentation, pricing, and negotiations, ensuring compliance and maximizing win probability. Strategically leverage Gem portal for procurement, optimizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Provide expert guidance on tendering processes, regulations, and best practices, driving continuous improvement. Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead the entire tendering process: from identification and evaluation of opportunities to bid submission. * Develop compelling and compliant bid proposals: incorporating accurate pricing, technical specifications, and legal requirements. * Manage Gem portal activities: including registration, product listing, and order fulfillment. * Negotiate contracts: securing favorable terms and conditions. * Conduct market research: to identify potential opportunities and competitive landscape. * Ensure compliance: with all relevant regulations and internal policies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams: to gather necessary information and ensure alignment. * Track and analyze tender results: to identify areas for improvement. * Provide expert guidance: on tendering processes, regulations, and best practices. * Drive continuous improvement: in tendering and Gem portal management. * Manage medical disposables medical supplies: Ensuring timely and efficient procurement processes.
