Learn more at: https://nextgengroupservices.c :Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and establish Nextgen Group as a preferred staffing partner within the Manufacturing OEM sector. : * Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation, focusing on the Manufacturing OEM industry * Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their unique talent needs and challenges * Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that showcase Nextgen Group’s value proposition and customized staffing solutions * Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both Nextgen Group and our clients * Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify emerging opportunities and refine business development strategies * Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking progress against key performance indicators * Provide exceptional client service, building long-term partnerships and fostering client loyalty * Leverage GEM and e-procurement portals effectively to identify and secure new business opportunities within the Manufacturing OEM sector * Apply a deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, data analysis, tax preparation, auditing, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting to develop financially sound business development strategies and proposals. :Others :MBA :8 years 0 months in MFG OEM :GEM, E-procurement portal, Understanding of Financial & Accounting Principles, Data Analysis, Tax Preparation and Auditing and Compliance, Budgeting and Forecasting, Technical Expertise, Analytical Skills, Financial Management, Project Management, Risk Management :From ₹75,000 to ₹80,000
