Your Responsibilities Will Include: Selling & leasing co-working spaces to individuals, startups, and companies Generating leads via networking, referrals, and marketing efforts Managing lease contracts, renewals, and client relationships Supervising interior fit-out projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards Overseeing daily operations including reception, housekeeping, and vendor management Maintaining the space to high facility standards and ensuring smooth functioning
