Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer who will also handle Project Coordination responsibilities for our interior/modular projects division. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in 2D AutoCAD drafting, client coordination, project follow-ups, vendor coordination, team handling, and project execution management. This role combines both Senior Interior Designer and Project Coordinator responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate design drawings, managing client communication, preparing quotations, coordinating with vendors and site teams, assigning tasks to the team, monitoring project progress, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from inquiry stage till project completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, multitasking abilities, presentation skills, and the capability to independently manage projects, coordinate between all departments, and lead the design team efficiently.  Role & Responsibilities • Develop detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings • Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle • Lead and manage the design team by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of work • Prepare quotations, presentations, and project documentation • Conduct client meetings, showroom presentations, and site coordination meetings • Review drawings and team outputs to maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency • Handle project follow-ups, approvals, material selections, and execution updates • Coordinate with accounts and vendors regarding pricing, deliveries, invoices, and payments • Ensure smooth communication between all departments for efficient project execution • Utilize AI tools and modern technologies to improve design coordination, productivity, and workflow management  Requirements • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field • 3–6 years of experience in interior design and project coordination, preferably in modular interiors • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and presentation tools • Knowledge of AI tools and technology-driven workflow systems • Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, and coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and handle team responsibilities efficiently  Preferred Skills • Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Revit is an added advantage • Strong understanding of space planning, detailing, and modular interiors • Excellent follow-up, problem-solving, and project management abilities

Salary :

Minimum Salary : Rs. 30000/Per Month

Maximum Salary : Rs. 60000/Per Month
