Overview
Identify potential Publishers/Advertisers and establish connections with the right person to Onboard them. Explain about brand’s product, understand the Publishers/Advertisers requirements provide immediate solutions. Building relationships with Publishers/Advertisers while ensuring that the Publishers/Advertisers meets client commitments on time with the highest quality solution. Identify and troubleshoot any situations complaints directly coming from the Publishers/Advertisers with immediate solution in alignment with the operations team Maintain all communications in email as record Create roadmaps for projects and potential Publishers Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact take on more challenging tasks, mentor other
